Thank you Kevin for your kind donation in memory of my beautiful sister.
Jemma was 44 when lung cancer stole her from us, she had none of the classic symptoms, just shoulder pain & even the hospital missed the signs. She passed away soon after diagnosis.
Jemma dedicated her life to looking after others & was the best person I've ever known, always putting others ahead of herself ; we will miss her forever but she lives on in memories & in our hearts! Love you & rest peacefully darling sister! X
