Mum/nan, you was and are the best ever. This time last year you was fully diagnosed with lung, kidney and eye cancer. Can't believe you are gone. You have fought so hard through all of this and was determined to make it past our birthdays, and you did! I hate that your gone but I'm happy your not longer in any pain. We will miss you always and love you forever. Till we meet again. Love me and girls xxxx
